Interview for Loyalty 360 @ AdTech

As you all must know, Beintoo recently attended to the AdTech in San Francisco and in this occasion, Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty 360, interviewed our very own Antonio Tomarchio. The founder and CEO of Beintoo answered a series of questions on the mechanisms of the G-economy and on the gamification strategies. “We strongly believe in the introduction of gamification and gaming mechanisms for brands and retailers.”

“What we’re trying to do is to introduce the concept of G-economy. Many brands and retailers are already gamifying their properties, but what we’re doing is building a network of apps where users earn credits for their activities and they can redeem them from the retailers they like.”

“Engagement is not only purchases but it’s transforming an user in an advocate of the brand, bringing him to share contents and defend the brand in social discussions.”  

Here’s the list of the questions that were answered during the interview:

1. With the advent of social, mobile and other emerging technologies, how do brands effectively engage their audience in this challenging and very dynamic marketing environment?

2. In engagement, perception is everything. And loyalty is a culmination of a series of effective engagements and those experiences, how do brands effectively engage individuals in this diverse and data ecosphere?

3. Loyalty 360 believes that loyalty is the most important facet to consider in any marketing strategy, yet how can one create loyalty when so many technologies are focused on mass acquisition of customers that may or not be aligned effectively with the product offering?

4. Give us a high level overview of your product and how it helps drive more effective engagement and therefore better marketing outcomes.

5. The “cauldron” call for today’s marketing strategist is engagement. Define engagement for your brand and how your product can drive audience engagement.
